Tunnel Winch (TW)

The machine is designed to transfer the button mushroom compost to the packaging unit, as in the pasteurization tunnel, without deteriorating its structure, and to maintain the hygiene level of the compost.

The machine does all the work that needs to be done with a high labor force, thus saving a great deal of labor.

It is impossible to do homogeneous and equal amount of mycelium dosage at the desired level with human labor. Thanks to the mycelium dosing tank of the tunnel winch machine, micelles are dosed to the compost surface in equal and desired amounts.

Thanks to the machine, the tunnel emptying time is shortened, the cultivated mushroom compost is transferred to the packaging unit in a shorter time, thus reducing the contact with the external environment and increasing the hygiene level.

The tunnel winch machine works with a fully hydraulic system. All functions of the machine can be implemented in a very simple way thanks to the design, and the use of the machine can be learned in a short time by unskilled personnel.
