Bunker Air-Conditioning

The most important step of the button mushroom compost fermentation process is to add oxygen to the compost in an aerobic environment to obtain high quality compost.

Pressure air (oxygen) is sent to PVC pipes covering the compost floor and specially designed nozzles (spigot) through the fans in our air-conditioning system, which is specially installed on the floor of the compost bunkers.
