Fermentation
is started by mixing all the raw materials required to make high quality
white button mushroom compost homogeneously at the appropriate humidity level in
the bunkers.
The
width and height of the bunkers, where the fermentation process is carried out,
are determined depending on the size and capacity of the bunker filling
machine.
The bunker walls and floor are made of thick exposed concrete to
withstand the blows and bumps of the wheel loader.
For the floor concrete, a concrete that is acid resistant and contains
the chemical additives required for high strength is applied.
