Pre-Wetting Line

Pre-Wetting Machine, at the beginning of the mushroom compost preparation process, continuously and perfectly mixes straw, chicken - horse manure, plaster and other raw materials with a simple process and provides the desired homogeneous mixture and moisture level (65-75%). Thanks to the machine, it is much faster for the compost mixture to reach the desired structure with its homogeneous consistency and high water content in a short time. Therefore, Phase I fermentation time and thus production costs are reduced.

As a result of the shortening of the fermentation process, the compost structure is less deteriorated. Compost has higher air permeability. Thus, aerobic conditions are not created and offensive odor is prevented. Public complaints caused by bad odors around the plant, which is a big problem for compost producers, are reduced.

Also, in addition to this; Since the water is only applied to the mixture in the machine area, the problem of unnecessary excess water flow in the working area is also solved to a great extent. This means less circulation water and less odor.

In enterprises that do not have a pre-wetting line, the wheat straw blocks must be separated from each other and mixed with the raw materials. For this reason, front loaders (such as buckets, etc.) are used, which means loss in terms of both labor and operation time. Thanks to the components it contains, this machine not only separates the straw bales, but also mixes it with chicken manure and wets it with dirty and clean water to reach a high humidity level.
