Bunker Filling Machine

Thanks to the components it contains, the bunker filling machine allows to obtain a homogeneous mixture by mixing straw, chicken manure, gypsum and water, which are the raw materials of button mushroom compost, and to transfer the compost between the fermentation bunkers.

The bunker filling machine also saves labor and operation time, as it provides transfer between bunkers in more hygienic conditions compared to the old system in button mushroom cultivation.

The most important factors of an effective fermentation process are compost moisture and a homogeneous mixture with the amount of oxygen. The bunker filling machine is equipped with 2 water systems. With the clean and dirty water system, the compost is wetted before it is poured and transferred to the gun conveyor.

The specially designed mixer auger is made of stainless steel and ensures that the additives are mixed homogeneously without disturbing the their structure.

Thanks to the hydraulic pistons located on the leveling shaft of the machine, the compost flow volume is adjusted as desired and capacity control is provided. Thus, the mixture can be obtained homogeneously at the desired level.

Both automatic and manual operation options are available for the operator's comfortable use. The machine provides easy operation and easy maneuvering with a fully hydraulic hand control.

The gun conveyor, which can be controlled by hydraulic hand control, ensures that the compost is ventilated and transferred to the desired point. Conveyor speed and height can be easily adjusted by the operator at the desired level. Thus, compost can be filled further - closer or  lower - up while the machine is in the same position.
